In February 2025, Zimmer, Citron & Clarke's Eric Citron argued the opposition to the government's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under the FTCA in In re: Aqueous Film-forming Foams Products Liability Litigation, in federal district court in South Carolina. The district court issued a decision just a few weeks later denying the government's motion in large part and allowing the MDL to proceed.
