Edwina Clarke Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under List

Zimmer, Citron & Clarke LLP co-founder Edwina Clarke has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under List.

Benchmark Litigation recognized Edwina in the Northeast region for her work in appellate litigation. The annual 40 & Under List recognizes leading litigators age 40 and younger who have established themselves in their respective areas of practice.

Edwina co-founded Zimmer, Citron & Clarke in 2025 alongside David Zimmer and Eric Citron, and her practice focuses on appeals and complex civil litigation. She litigates cases in federal and state trial courts and courts of appeals, and in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before launching Zimmer, Citron & Clarke, Edwina spent seven years at Goodwin Procter in Boston, where she was a partner in the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice.

Edwina's litigation experience spans a wide range of subject matters, and she has handled cases involving products liability, personal injury, the False Claims Act, patent disputes, administrative law, civil rights, ERISA, and other complex legal issues.

Edwina clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer and David Souter, First Circuit Judge David Barron, Ninth Circuit Judge Stephen Reinhardt, and Southern District of New York Judge J. Paul Oetken.
