Right now, we are looking to hire an associate or counsel in Boston or DC who has significant experience drafting appellate briefs.

We are also hiring for a fellowship position in Boston or DC. We are considering candidates for fellowships beginning in 2026 or 2027. The fellowship is limited to 1-2 years and is principally intended for individuals between clerkships or between law school and a clerkship.
