Biography

Rachel joined Zimmer, Citron & Clarke as senior counsel in 2026, after nearly a decade in the Supreme Court and appellate group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

Rachel is a versatile attorney who has litigated high-stakes cases at every level of the judiciary, both federal and state. She counsels clients through their toughest problems, provides strategic guidance to trial counsel, and crafts compelling appellate arguments on a wide range of topics. Rachel devotes much of her practice to pro bono representation, focusing in particular on civil rights.
