Julia Solomon-Strauss

Biography

Julia Solomon-Strauss joined Zimmer, Citron & Clarke as an associate in 2025. Previously, she was an attorney advisor in the National Security Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she was responsible for resolving novel and complex questions of law and appellate issues. In that role, she also reviewed the legality of executive branch policy initiatives, briefed leadership on her legal and policy recommendations, and represented DOJ in National Security Council meetings and international negotiations. She was recognized with an award by the Assistant Attorney General for National Security. Julia has also worked in litigation at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr.
